Trackmania 2020 events and input extraction are here!

TM2020 input extraction is now supported, and organizers can create TM2020 events with uploaded maps, dates, custom fields, and collaboration rules.

So this is a barebones (not fully optimized) noseboost WIP. This has -0.09 at the first checkpoint, and with a bazooka end it could save a bunch more. I'm too lazy to try this and I have other ideas for this map I'm trying, so go ahead and try if you wanna.
